Understanding State Minimum Pricing/Markup Tobacco Product Regulatory Schemes, 2005–2014

This poster highlights the state-level regulatory landscape and governance of unfair pricing laws and discounting programs as they relate to cigarette and tobacco product sales. Particular attention is paid to the use of coupons, combination sales, trade discounts, and other mechanisms used to legally lower statutory minimum prices.
