State Regulation of Tribal Tobacco Sales Data File and Codebook

These files provide the compiled state law data for each of the 20 states with laws pertaining to on-reservation tobacco sales examined in the companion chartbook, State Regulation of Tribal Tobacco Sales: A Historical State-by-State Analysis, 2005–2015. The data files are available in two formats, Microsoft Excel and STATA version 13. A corresponding codebook for the data file is also available in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
