Sara Elgazzar, Ph.D.

Prof. Sara Elgazzar is the Dean of College of International Transport and Logistics- Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport- Egypt, and the Senior Economic Advisory for the Union of Arab Chambers. Prof. Elgazzar has a PhD in supply chain finance from the University of Huddersfield (UK). Prof. Elgazzar participated in designing and implementing the logistics and the financial systems of supplying bread and commodities to the Egyptian food subsidy system. Prof. Elgazzar participated in a number of consultancies and research projects in the area of transport economics and logistics for Egypt and the Arab region. In addition, Prof. Elgazzar is a part of a series of collaborative projects focuses on Economics of Tobacco and Tobacco Taxation in Egypt.
