Jamie F. Chriqui, Ph.D., MHS
Dr. Jamie F. Chriqui is a Senior Research Scientist at the Health Policy Center within the Institute for Health Research and Policy at University of Illinois at Chicago She has over 23 years of experience conducting public health policy research and analysis, with an emphasis on tobacco control, substance abuse, obesity, and other chronic disease-related issues. Her current research focuses on examining the impact of public health policies on community, school, and individual outcomes.
Jamie received a BA in political science from Barnard College, Columbia University; an MHS (Master of Health Science) in health policy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health; and a Ph.D. in policy sciences (health policy concentration) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
